Q: Can I design my sign myself and then have you guys build it?

A: Sure! But bear in mind that we might have to make adjustments to your design to make a good sign out of it or to make it work on our equipment. This can sometimes take longer than if we did the design ourselves. We accept PC files, on floppy, or zip disks, CD or via FTP over the internet. We use a several state-of-the-art sign programs such as Corel Draw 11, Adobe Illustrator 9 and FlexiSign 7 to allow for a variety of file formats to be used.

Q: I need a sign in a real hurry. Can you help?

A: Yes we can! It depends on the sign of course, but we can have a banner or similar simple sign back to you within the same day in some cases. Larger signs such as box or vehicle signs can be completed from scratch within a week. Individual letters and sandblasting does take longer to produce with approximately 1-2 weeks for a guideline.

Q: What happens if my sign gets damaged?

A: You call us and we come and fix it, any time, anywhere. All Sign-A-Rama signs come with a 1 year warranty on manufacturing and materials. Our sales person can always be reached via their cell phones for emergencies.
